The EUDemCT project addresses critical gaps in understanding disinformation mechanisms, the lack of standardized counter-strategies, and low public awareness of information threats.

Recognizing information warfare as a growing challenge to democratic institutions in Ukraine and the EU, the project integrates education, research, and cross-sector cooperation to enhance resilience against hybrid threats.
