Anatolii Nikitin

Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, specialist in stochastic modelling and analysis at the National University of Ostroh Academy, his research focuses on the analysis of asymptotic properties of stochastic systems and their applications to real processes - modelling and analysis of information warfare models, has experience in leading research initiatives in the study of models with impulse perturbations and Markovian switching using approximation schemes, He previously held the position of head of the Research Laboratory at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and participated in joint international projects in the field of stochastic modelling and analysis, particularly in Poland, Lithuania, and Taiwan.

Alla Atamanenko

Professor of international relations and head of the Laboratory for the Study of Hybrid Threats at the National University of Ostroh Academy, focusing on political research and security studies, Dr. Sci. in History, her research covers hybrid warfare, public diplomacy, and international security, with multiple publications on EU energy security, post-truth politics, and the russian-Ukrainian war, she actively participates in international academic collaborations, having completed research internships in France, Poland, South Korea, and the United States, she is a board member of several scholarly organisations, being a key figure in the Erasmus+ WARN project, she has worked on developing curricula to counter hybrid threats.

Bohdan Krasiuk

PhD in Applied Mathematics at NUOA and the Head of Engineering at Honeycomb Software, his research focuses on mathematical and computer modelling of information warfare, employing approximation schemes and random perturbations to analyse conflict dynamics, he has authored multiple publications on stochastic optimisation, information security, and artificial intelligence applications, he has experience in developing AI-based urban transportation management systems and analysing multidimensional models of information warfare under Poisson and Levy approximations, as a programming expert, he works with Python, C#, F#, TypeScript, and frameworks such as .NET, ReactJS, and FastAPI.

Ivan Shyshkin

PhD in History and an Associate Professor at the National University of Ostroh Academy, his research interests are in Tourism, Creative Industries and teaching for teachers, and a specialist in International Relations in Central and Eastern Europe, his expertise includes public diplomacy, regional security, and European integration policies, he leads the Laboratory for the Study of International Relations in Central and Eastern Europe (10th-21st centuries) and coordinates student research initiatives in regional studies.

Kateryna Yakunina

PhD in History and an Associate Professor in Filosophy and Cultural Management Departmenr at the National University of Ostroh Academy, she is a team member of a project “Civil society in conflict resolution process: the EU experience for Ukraine” (101084973 — EURoCoRP — ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH).

Svajonė Bekešienė

Professor of the Research Group on Logistics and Defence Technology Management at Gen. Jonas Zemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania, her research focuses on mathematical modelling and statistical data evaluation, her research interests include human resources management, risk assessment and management, digital geographic data processing related to risk management.

Yaroslav Chabaniuk

Professor of mathematics at the Lublin University of Technology (Poland) and his research focuses on the asymptotic behaviour and control of stochastic processes with Markov and semi-Markov switching, as well as the features of the procedure for stochastic approximation and optimisation.
