Ukrainian Student and Graduate Student Scientific and Practical Conference “Hybrid Wars and World Politics”

As part of the projects “WARN: Academic Counteraction to Hybrid Threats” and “Modeling and Analysis of Information Warfare Processes as a Tool for Protecting Democracy in the EU and Countering Threats,” we invite you to participate in the All-Ukrainian Student and Graduate Scientific and Practical Conference “Hybrid Wars and World Politics”.

The conference will be held on December 11, 2025 in an online format using the Zoom application. The conference will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Thematic areas of the conference:

  1. Hybrid wars: history and modernity.
  2. Challenges to national security in the context of hybrid warfare.
  3. International and regional security in the context of hybrid confrontation.
  4. International counteraction to hybrid threats.
  5. The information component of hybrid confrontation.
  6. Tools for identifying and counteracting hybrid threats.
  7. Diplomacy in hybrid warfare.
  8. Terrorism as a form of hybrid action.
  9. Forced and unregulated migration as a hybrid threat.
  10. Culture as a domain of hybrid threats.
  11. Citizens’ resilience to hybrid threats.
  12. The cyber component of hybrid confrontation.
  13. State resilience and societal resilience in confronting hybrid threats.
  14. The legal domain of hybrid threats.

Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English, Polish.

Based on the results of the conference, an electronic collection of abstracts is planned to be published (requirements for formatting are specified in the information letter).
